1. Agreement and scope
These Terms govern your access to APIHUB, including its dashboard, API, automation, connection, webhook, CLI, MCP, and publishing features. By creating an account, using an API key, or connecting a third-party account, you accept these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent.
2. Accounts and authorized users
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, and limit access to authorized users. You are responsible for activity performed through your workspace, users, API keys, and connected accounts. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Connected platforms
You may connect only accounts you are authorized to manage. Each connection remains subject to the applicable platform's terms, developer rules, community standards, rate limits, and permission model. APIHUB does not control a platform's availability, review process, moderation decision, or API behavior.
4. Your content and instructions
You retain ownership of your content. You grant APIHUB the limited permission needed to store, process, transmit, schedule, and publish that content solely to provide the Service. You confirm that your content, media, links, and instructions are lawful and that you hold all rights needed to use them.
5. Prohibited content and activity
You must not create, upload, schedule, publish, or facilitate content or activity through APIHUB that is unlawful or infringes another person's rights. This includes content or activity involving child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, or endangerment; non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual violence; terrorism, violent extremism, threats, hate-based violence, or instructions for unlawful weapon use; self-harm promotion; human trafficking; illegal drugs, goods, or services; fraud, phishing, scams, impersonation, or deceptive engagement; malware, ransomware, unauthorized access, or other abusive cyber activity; doxxing, unauthorized disclosure of personal or sensitive data, or misuse of a person's likeness; copyright or trademark infringement; and deceptive interference with an election or democratic process.
6. Platform compliance and enforcement
You must also follow every connected platform's content rules and required disclosures, including any required labelling of AI-generated or commercial content. Do not evade provider safeguards, scrape without permission, send spam, manipulate engagement, bypass rate limits or access controls, or use automation to create coordinated inauthentic behavior. APIHUB may restrict a request, pause a workspace, revoke access, or disconnect a provider connection where reasonably necessary to address suspected misuse, security risk, platform enforcement, or legal compliance.
7. Service status and provider outcomes
A publishing request may be queued, rejected, partially completed, or fail after submission to a provider. You must review the status shown for each target. APIHUB records independent provider outcomes, but does not guarantee that a provider will accept, display, distribute, retain, or make a post publicly available.
8. Sandbox and preview features
Features marked sandbox, preview, beta, or coming soon are supplied for evaluation and may use simulated outcomes. They are not a representation that a real provider connection or publishing capability is available. Do not rely on preview behavior for regulated, time-critical, or production-critical communication.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, providers, or legal compliance, including for a breach of these Terms or platform rules. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, connected accounts can be disconnected and access credentials revoked subject to technical and legal retention requirements.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided as available. Provider services and third-party platforms are outside our control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any remaining liability is limited to direct damage caused by our attributable failure and, where a paid agreement applies, the fees paid for the affected Service during the preceding twelve months.
11. Changes, law, and contact
We may update these Terms when the Service, law, or provider requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or another reasonable channel before taking effect. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, Dutch law applies and mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected. Contact details and the operating entity must be supplied before public production use.
